Participation in the workshop involves inherent risks, and the Client voluntarily assumes these risks, releasing Flow Performance & Trading Apprentice LLC from liability for any injuries or damages. The Client must ensure they are physically fit and consult a physician if necessary. Proper use of equipment is required, and any damage caused by misuse will be the Client's responsibility. The Client consents to EEG monitoring, with data kept confidential. Professional conduct is expected, and Flow Performance & Trading Apprentice LLC may remove participants for misconduct. The Client grants permission for media use during the workshop for promotional purposes.

Flow Performance & Trading Apprentice LLC is not liable for delays or cancellations due to unforeseen events, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule or provide an online alternative. If the Client opts out of the rescheduled event, a 50% refund will be issued. This Agreement, governed by Florida law, represents the entire understanding between the parties, superseding prior communications. The Client certifies their agreement to these terms and conditions.
